With InPost, you can pick up your parcel from one of the many parcel lockers or approved pickup points located throughout Italy, even 24/7.

What is InPost?

InPost is an innovative delivery system that lets you receive your order at a pickup point instead of your home address.
You can choose from thousands of self-service lockers available 24/7 or pickup points (such as newsstands, bars, supermarkets, or stores) with extended opening hours. It’s the perfect solution if you’re never home, if you prefer complete discretion, or if you want to pick up your parcel independently, with no time restrictions.

Shipping costs

• €3,90 for all orders up to €50
• Free shipping for orders over €50
  

For orders of €8, a €10 shipping contribution is required. For orders under €8, a €20 shipping contribution is required.

The fee is calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times

With InPost, your orders arrive in 48/72 business hours from shipment. You will receive email updates to follow every stage of delivery.

Changing the pickup point

When your order is marked “out for delivery”, you will receive a notification email from InPost. In that message, you’ll find a link that lets you, if needed, change the pickup point selected when placing the order. So you have the option to change the locker or pickup point even at the last minute, depending on your needs.

How to select InPost at checkout

During checkout, select “InPost – Pickup at locker or approved pickup point” as your shipping method. You can choose the most convenient location for you from an interactive map showing all available options in your area.
