Payment methods

Credit/debit cards

Proceed with your purchase with complete peace of mind and keep your payment information and personal data safe. Our site complies with PCI standards and supports 3D Secure checkout.

Accepted payment networks are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Postepay, iDeal, Bancontact, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with a detailed summary.

Paypal

Shop conveniently with Paypal to pay without entering your card details directly for your purchase. To use this payment method, you must first create an account on the Paypal website and link a card or bank account. Once you have done so, you will be able to complete your order on our site by selecting Paypal as the payment method.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with a detailed summary.

Digital gift card (gift voucher)

If you have received a Gift Card purchased on the Skin First website, you can use it as a payment method for your order. 

To pay with a Gift Card, you need to enter the identification code at checkout in the designated field (gift voucher). It is possible to use the Gift Card and a discount code at the same time, as long as the remaining balance is not less than €0,50.

Satispay

Satispay is a payment method that lets you make online purchases easily and securely. To use this payment method, you must first create an account on the Satispay website and link a card or bank account. 

Once your purchase on the site is complete, you will be redirected to a Satispay screen containing a barcode that you will need to scan with your Satispay app to pay and confirm your order.

Klarna 

Klarna offers the option to pay in two ways:

  1. Buy now, pay later
    With this payment method, you can split your purchase into 3 monthly installments with no interest. Once you select payment in 3 installments, you will be redirected to a Klarna screen where you will need to enter your credit, debit, or prepaid card details. The first installment will be charged before the order is fulfilled, while the 2 subsequent installments will be charged 30 and 60 days later. You can download the Klarna app and create an account to keep track of your purchases more easily.  This option is available in: Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
  2. Bank transfer
    With this payment method, you can make a transfer directly from the account you have linked to Klarna. Once you select payment at checkout, you will be redirected to a Klarna screen where you will need to enter your credit, debit, or prepaid card details from which to make the transfer. You can download the Klarna app and create an account to keep track of your purchases more easily. This option is available in: Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany.

The following payment methods are not accepted: Cash on delivery and bank transfer (available only through Klarna).

To complete a transaction, the order total must not be less than €0,50.
