Before proceeding, we want to remind you that:

- If you have used the product, you are not entitled to a refund
- If you received the product(s) you wish to return more than 14 days ago, we cannot guarantee a refund
- The packaging must be intact (unused, unopened) and contain all items (cap, dispenser, etc.)
- You cannot return digital gift cards (gift vouchers)
- The pickup address must be entered as directed to assist the courier
