Regulations for the 'Skin First - Bari' Prize Promotion

RULES FOR A PRIZE PROMOTION PURSUANT TO ARTS. 10 AND 11 OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 430/2001

  1. Promoter  

Promoting entity is Skin First Cosmetics S.r.l. with registered office at Via Mascheroni 14 Milan (MI) – 20145; VAT no.: 11241570966. 

  1. Delegated person 

Delegated person is PROMOSFERA Srl, with registered office at 56 Via XXV Aprile, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA).  Tax Code – VAT No. 02250050024 

  1. Brands and promoted products 

The featured brand is Skin First® and the promoted goods are all Skin First products® in  stock at the Bari store. 

  1. Recipients – participating store 

The eligible recipients are end consumers who make purchases at the participating store,  during the validity day referred to in point 6 below. The participating retail location is exclusively the Skin First ® store located at Via Nicola de Giosa, 26  70121 Bari (BA), open from 14:30 to 19:30.  

  1. Goal of the promotion 

The present promotion is being carried out with the aim of celebrating the opening of the new store and  encouraging the sale of the promoted products.  

  1. The duration of the prize operation  

L’iniziativa is valid exclusively on 4 November 2023, from 14:30 to 19:30. (day of  validity) 

  1. How the transaction is carried out 

In data 4 November 2023, from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, all consumers who make a purchase  of at least €25.00 including VAT (on a single receipt, net of any discounts applied) at the Skin First ® store  in Bari (Via Nicola de Giosa, 26) will be entitled to receive a free gift immediately.  The gift will be handed out immediately at the checkout, at the time of purchase, and will consist of a Skin First ® Travel Kit  as better described in point 8 below.  

  1. Nature and value of the prizes 

The prize consists of a Skin First ® Travel Kit in a purifying, moisturizing, or anti-aging version, depending  on the assortment available in store.  The distribution of no. 250 free gifts is planned, with a unit value of €38.00 including VAT. The indicative total value  of the prizes amounts to €9,500.00 including VAT.

is not possible to request an exchange/replacement of the prize or its corresponding cash value for any  reason. It is not possible to request any compensation for any damage resulting from the use of the  prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.  

  1. Territorial scope 

The offer is valid exclusively at the Skin First ® store in Bari, located at Via Nicola de Giosa,  26. 

  1. Promotion advertising 

Skin First Cosmetics S.r.l. comunicherà la promozione attraverso il materiale esposto presso il punto  vendita aderente: il messaggio pubblicitario sarà conforme a quanto dichiarato nel presente regolamento. Il presente regolamento sarà pubblicato su www.skinfirstcosmetics.it e sarà reso disponibile presso la cassa  del punto vendita. 

  1. Retention of the regulations 

The declaration relating to these rules, drafted and self-certified pursuant to art. 10, paragraph 3  of Presidential Decree 430/2001, is intended to be kept at the registered office of the delegated company Promosfera srl - via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA), at whose offices it will be stored for the entire duration  of the promotion and for the following twelve months after its conclusion. 

  1. Guarantees and compliance 

The present prize promotion is carried out in compliance with Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001 and in accordance with the  instructions set out in Circular no. 1/AMTC of 28 March issued by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
