PRIZE PROMOTION UNDER ARTS. 10 AND 11 OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 430/2001 PRIZE PROMOTION “SKIN FIRST® – BIRTHDAY WEEK”

1. Promoter
The promoter is Skin First Cosmetics S.r.l. with registered office at Via Mascheroni 14 Milan (MI) – 20145; VAT No.: 11241570966.

2. Delegate
The delegate is PROMOSFERA Srl, with registered office at via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA). Tax Code – VAT No. 02250050024

3. Eligible recipients – participating retail outlet
The eligible recipients are end consumers who, during the validity period referred to in point 7, will make purchases on the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it (hereinafter also the “e-commerce site”).

4. Brands and promoted goods
The promoted brand is Skin First® and the promoted goods are all Skin First® products in the assortment on the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it excluding DIGITAL GIFT CARDS.

5. Purpose of the promotion
This promotion is carried out with the aim of encouraging the sale of the promoted products.

6. Duration of the prize promotion
The promotion is valid from 17 to 24 June 2025 (hereinafter the “validity period”).

7. How the promotion works
During the validity period referred to in point 7, all consumers who purchase Skin First® products, excluding DIGITAL GIFT CARDS, with a minimum spend of 39,00 € VAT included (in a single order, net of any discounts applied) on the e-commerce site www.skinfirstcosmetics.it will be entitled to receive an instant free gift. The free gift will consist of a limited-edition full-size product called “Peptide Lip Balm Glazed Pink”. The free gift will be delivered at the time of purchase, or by express courier and included in the package together with the other purchased products.

8. Nature and value of the free gift
The free gift consists of a limited-edition full-size product with a retail value of 16,00 € VAT included. A total of 1,000 free gifts will be distributed. The indicative total value of the prizes amounts to 16.000,00 € VAT included. It is not possible to request an exchange/replacement of the prize or the corresponding cash value for any reason. No compensation may be requested for any damages resulting from use of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

9. Territorial scope
The promotion is valid exclusively on the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it.

10. Promotion advertising
Skin First Cosmetics S.r.l. will communicate the promotion through the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it: the advertising message will comply with what is stated in these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will be published on www.skinfirstcosmetics.it

11. Retention of the terms and conditions
The declaration relating to these terms and conditions, drafted and self-certified pursuant to art. 10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, is intended to be kept at the registered office of the delegated company Promosfera srl - via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA), where it will be retained for the entire duration of the promotion and for the twelve months following its conclusion.

12. Guarantees and obligations
This prize promotion is carried out in compliance with Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001 and in accordance with the instructions set out in Circular 28 March no. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
