Competition Rules: Win with Skin First

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

All adult users residing and/or domiciled in Italy or the Republic of San Marino who, during the period from 6 to 27 November 2023, purchase at least one of the Promotional Products at one of the 3 Skin First Temporary Stores (Milan, Rome and Bari) or on the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it will be given the opportunity to participate in this initiative according to the terms described below.

Specifically, to participate, after making the above purchase, eligible participants must, starting from 20 November 2023 and in any case by 11:59 PM on 27 November 2023:

- connect to the website skinfirstcosmetics.it and access the area dedicated to this contest;
- register by completing all fields marked as mandatory in the relevant electronic form (including the receipt/invoice/order/proof of purchase details relating to the purchase of at least one Promotional Product made during the indicated period).

 The original receipt/invoice/order/proof of purchase must be kept until 31 December 2023, as it may be requested to validate the win and/or for checks relating to participation.

Purchases made at non-participating points of sale or websites outside the National Territory, or websites other than www.skinfirstcosmetics.it. Receipts/invoices must be itemized.

The same receipt/invoice/order/proof of purchase may be registered for participation purposes only once, even in the case of multiple purchases of promotional products on the same receipt/invoice/order/proof of purchase. Any participation and/or wins after the first one relating to the same receipt/invoice/order/proof of purchase or

in any case to the same purchase transaction may be invalidated even retrospectively and, in the event of a win, it will be invalidated and the prize assigned to a reserve winner.

For online purchases through the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it for participation purposes, the code indicated in the email received after purchase must be entered in the form as proof of purchase. In this case as well, the order receipt must be kept until 31 December 2023 to validate the win and/or for checks relating to participation.

Participation is associated with a unique combination of First Name, Last Name and Email; only one first and last name may be associated with each email address of a Participant.

Please also note that each Participant, identified by their email address, may participate multiple times during the entire contest period according to the procedure indicated, with different receipts/invoices including participating products, but may win only one prize.

All purchasers who complete the procedure indicated above will be registered by the Promoter or third parties appointed by it in a selection file.

By 30 November 2023 in the presence of a notary or the official responsible for consumer protection and public trust of the Chamber of Commerce, a manual and random drawing of no. 91 winners (plus no. 91 reserve winners in total) will be carried out from the above-mentioned file, who will respectively win the following prize:

• from the 1st to the 3rd draw:

• 1 Skin First box containing all the products in the Skin First collection plus all accessories, with a total value for each box of € 645,08 + VAT;

• the 4th draw:
  • 1 Skin First gift card worth € 500 VAT included each, valid for 12 months from issue.

• the 5th and 6th draw:
  • 1 Skin First gift card worth € 250 VAT included each, valid for 12 months from issue.

• from the 7th to the 11th draw:
  • 1 Skin First gift card worth € 150 VAT included each, valid for 12 months from issue.

• from the 12th to the 21st draw:
  • 1 Skin First gift card worth € 50 VAT included each, valid for 12 months from issue.

• from the 22nd to the 41st draw:
  • 1 Skin First gift card worth € 30 VAT included each, valid for 12 months from issue.

• from the 42nd to the 91st draw:
  • 1 Skin First gift card worth € 5 VAT included each, valid for 12 months from issue.

 

Prize Summary:

 

Prizes are non-transferable.

TOTAL OVERALL PRIZE POOL: EURO 5.035,25 + VAT where applicable.

Please also note and reiterate that:

- the same user may win only one prize;

- participants must provide accurate and truthful information.

 

WIN NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

Winners will be notified by email and must accept the prize within the time limits and according to the methods communicated in the win notification, as specified to them (at least 5 days). If winners cannot be contacted or the acceptance is not valid (for example, due to no response within the required time and manner), the win will be considered invalidated and a reserve winner will take over.

Please also note the following:

The following are excluded from participating in this prize contest:

- Persons residing and/or domiciled outside the national territory or the Republic of San Marino;
- Employees or collaborators of the Promoting Company and the Delegated Party;
- Minors.

Also excluded from participation in the Contest, and therefore not entitled to any prize won, are all users who, in the unquestionable judgment of the Promoting Company or third parties appointed by it, are found to be winners through

means and tools deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of the normal conduct of the initiative. The Promoting Company or third parties appointed by it reserve the right to act, within the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws, to limit and prevent any initiative intended to circumvent the system devised.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any access issues, impediments, malfunctions or difficulties relating to technical tools, computer equipment, telephone lines, transmission and connection, or Internet connection that may prevent a contestant from participating in the contest.

The winner is solely responsible for managing their email inbox, with particular reference to:

- Reading any winning email;

- Taking security measures to prevent access to their inbox by unauthorized persons.

The Promoting Company and third parties appointed by it assume no responsibility in the event of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the prize if one of the following conditions occurs:

- A winner's mailbox is full;
- The email address provided by the participant during registration does not exist, is incorrect or incomplete;
- There is no response from the host computer after sending the win notification email;
- A winner's mailbox is disabled;
- The email address provided during registration has been placed on a blacklist;
- The personal data entered during registration is incorrect and/or untruthful.

Users who attempt to register using providers commonly used to create temporary email addresses, such as those listed at this link, will not be accepted as valid and will not be able to register: http://asset.leevia.com/doc/disposable_fake_emails_list.txt.

 

The Promoting Company reserves the right to:

• publish the winners' details;
• request from winners and, where appropriate, participants all documents necessary to verify the accuracy of the data entered; any such request will be made by email to the address used to register for the contest; failure to send the documentation, or sending incomplete documentation, within the deadline indicated in the request will result in the participant's exclusion and, in the event of a win, the win will be invalidated;
• carry out appropriate checks, including possibly cancelling registrations, participations or wins made, at the unquestionable judgment of the Promoting Company or third parties appointed by it, in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of these Rules or by means, methods and/or tools deemed suspicious, fraudulent or in violation of the normal conduct of the initiative and, consequently, excluding from participation users who fail to comply with the rules set out in these Rules, possibly also cancelling prizes already won.

No participation under a false name, false identity or fictitious identity will be permitted. In this case as well, the Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of participants and to take any appropriate action in this regard in the event of a breach of this rule, invalidating the win where applicable.

With regard to validation of the win, please note that:

• The prize will be validated and awarded only if the data provided at the time of participation matches the same data shown on the validation documentation and on the proof of purchase associated with the win, where required;
• Where required, proof of purchase that does not comply with these Rules and/or shows a purchase date later than or different from the period during which this contest is run and/or later than the participation submitted will not be accepted as valid;
• Where required, counterfeit proof of purchase, proof of purchase with erasures or deletions, altered or illegible proof of purchase, or proof of purchase modified using any technique, will not be considered valid. If all required elements are not present, the participation will not be considered valid;
• Any loss of the proof of purchase and/or submission of the documentation required for validation at times and in ways different from those requested will result in forfeiture of the right to receive the prize and the win will therefore be invalidated;
• The winner will lose the right to receive the prize if: the data entered at the time of participation in the contest is not confirmed and/or proves to be untruthful; the correspondence and truthfulness of the data provided at the time of registration are essential conditions.

 

Prizes will be delivered to those entitled within 180 days (six months) from the date of award.

The Promoting Company and third parties appointed by it are not responsible in the event of postal issues beyond their control that occur for the purpose of delivering the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right, if the prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, to provide a prize of equal or greater value with similar features.

The Promoting Company reserves the right to cancel this Contest at any time and to amend these rules without notice if required by unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Security deposit: the Security deposit equal to 100% of the value of the prizes up for grabs, pursuant to art. 7 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, has been provided in favor of the Ministry of Economic Development.

Non-profit organization: Any prizes not awarded, for any reason other than refusal, will be donated to the following non-profit organization, as provided for by art. 10, paragraph 5 of

Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001: Associazione Araba Fenice Onlus, headquartered at via Rosano no. 83 – Aversa (CE) - Tax Code 90032400617

Server: The servers are located within Italian national territory.

Advertising: the content of the promotion will be communicated using the following means: web campaign. The Company nevertheless reserves the right to use any other means of communication deemed suitable to make the content of this prize initiative known to its recipients.

 

The Promoting Company does not intend to exercise the right of recourse for the 25% withholding tax provided for by art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29/9/73.

It is understood that participants in this initiative declare that they are adults.

How to participate in this prize contest: participation entails the consumer's unconditional and full acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these Rules without any limitation.
