RULES FOR PRIZE OPERATIONS

PURSUANT TO ARTS. 10 AND 11 OF D.P.R. 430/2001 PRIZE PROMOTION “SKIN FIRST® – Rome Termini Pop-Up Store and e-commerce”

1.Promoter
The promoter is Skin First Cosmetics S.r.l. with registered office at Via Mascheroni 14 Milan (MI) – 20145; VAT No.: 11241570966.

2. Associated party
The associated party is Retail Group S.P.A. with registered office at Via Giovanni Giolitti 34 - 00185 - ROME (RM) VAT No. and Tax Code: 03245910405

3. Authorized representative
The authorized representative is PROMOSFERA Srl, with registered office at via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA). Tax Code – VAT No. 02250050024

4. Eligible recipients – participating store
The eligible recipients are end consumers who – on the valid date referred to in point 7 - will make purchases on the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it or at the Skin First ® Pop Up Store at Termini Station in Rome* (hereinafter also the “participating store”).

5. Promoted brands and products
The promoted brand is Skin First® and the promoted products are all Skin First® products available on the website www.skinfirstcosmetics.it and at the store participating in the initiative.

6. Promotion objective
This promotion is carried out with the aim of encouraging the sale of the promoted products.

7. Duration of the prize promotion
The promotion is valid from 29 July to 31 July 2024 (hereinafter the “validity period”).

8. How the promotion works
During the validity period referred to in point 7, all consumers who spend at least €60.00 including VAT (on a single receipt/order, net of any discounts applied) at the Skin First ® Pop Up Store at Termini Station in Rome or on the e-commerce site www.skinfirstcosmetics.it will be entitled to receive a free gift immediately. The free gift consists of a beach towel with the Skin First logo. The free gift will be handed over at the time of purchase. More specifically, if purchased at the Skin First ® Pop Up Store at Termini Station in Rome, the free gift will be handed over directly at the checkout; if purchased on the e-commerce site www.skinfirstcosmetics.it, delivery will be made by post together with the ordered products.

9. Nature and value of the free gift
The free gift consists of a beach towel with the Skin First logo (unit market value: €18.00 including VAT). A total of 500 free gifts will be distributed. The indicative total value of the prizes is €9,000.00 including VAT. It is not possible to request an exchange/replacement of the prize or its equivalent cash value for any reason. No compensation may be claimed for any damage resulting from use of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

10. Territorial scope
The promotion is valid exclusively at the Skin First ® Pop Up Store at Termini Station in Rome.

11. Promotion advertising
Skin First Cosmetics S.r.l. will communicate the promotion through the materials displayed at the participating store: the advertising message will comply with what is stated in these rules. These rules will be published on www.skinfirstcosmetics.it and will be made available at the store checkout.

12. Retention of the rules
The declaration relating to these rules, drawn up and self-certified pursuant to art. 10, paragraph 3 of D.P.R. 430/2001, is intended for retention at the registered office of the authorized company Promosfera srl - via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA), where it will be kept for the entire duration of the promotion and for the twelve months following its conclusion.

13. Guarantees and obligations
This prize promotion is carried out in compliance with D.P.R. 26 October 2001, no. 430 and in accordance with the instructions set out in Circular 28 March no. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
