Can loyalty program discount codes be combined with other promotions?

Discount codes earned by redeeming loyalty program points do not apply to: new products, accessories, Travel Kits, Kits, This is not an Advent Calendar®, The Peptide Lip Balm Set, Hydrating Lip Balm Sticks and Digital Gift Cards, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, loyalty program discount codes are valid for full-price products only and cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless otherwise specified.

What if a promotion adds a free gift automatically to your cart or checkout?

For promotions where a free gift is added automatically to your cart or checkout, we recommend checking before completing your order that the free gift is present in your cart or at checkout and that the gift discount has been applied correctly. If this does not happen, contact customer service. If you complete your order without the free gift, it will not be possible to send the free gift separately.
