    How many pieces can I purchase?

    Availability is limited: each customer can purchase a maximum of 1 calendar.

    If I order an advent calendar, can I also order other products?

    Sure! The calendar will be shipped together with the other products in a single larger box.

    Which courier is the order shipped with?

    You can choose to receive your calendar via DHL courier to enjoy a premium shipping service, or, if you prefer, select InPost so you can pick it up directly at a locker or pickup point near your home. Shipping is always free.

    Can I return the advent calendar?

    Yes, you have 14 days to make your return. However, in order for your return to be eligible, it is essential that the boxes are sealed, the products inside have not been opened, the stickers have not been used, the packaging (both external and internal) is intact and undamaged, and that the protective film on the mirror and the outer envelope have not been removed. Only under these conditions will the return be accepted.

    Can additional discounts be applied to the Advent Calendar?

    No, as this is already a heavily discounted product, additional discounts cannot be applied. However, if you purchase other products, any applicable discounts will apply, with the exception of: This Not an Advent Calendar, Kit, Accessories, Hydrating Lip Balm, Gift Pouch, and Digital Gift Card.
