    You can choose to receive The Eggstra Secret Box via DHL courier for a premium service, or if you prefer, you can select InPost to have the option to pick it up directly at a locker or pickup point near your home. Shipping is always free.

    Can I return The Eggstra Secret Box?

    Yes, you have 14 days to make a return. However, in order for your return to be approved, it is crucial that the cotton bags and the products inside them have not been opened, the stickers have not been used, the packaging (both external and internal) is fully intact and undamaged, and that the mirror’s protective film and outer envelope have not been removed. Only under these conditions will your return be accepted.
