However, to return this item, it is essential that the cotton bags and the products inside them have not been opened, that the stickers have not been used, that the packaging (both external and internal) is intact and undamaged, and that the protective film on the mirror and the outer envelope have not been removed. Only under these conditions will the return be accepted.
