Skincare Products : Face Cream
face cream
Let’s start by noting that the face cream is an emulsion, meaning a compound containing an oily phase and an aqueous phase, and it includes ingredients that work for all skin types.
It has a consistency and properties that vary based on its composition, and its main purpose is to keep the skin hydrated and protected from external agents, maintain the skin’s barrier function, and deliver immediate relief, especially if it is a soothing formula.
What substances does it contain?
Facial cream, depending on its intended functions, can contain the following substances:
- Emollients: They replenish the lipophilic component of the hydro-lipid film, restoring the skin's barrier function.
- Humectants: They have a hydrating effect on the skin
- Soothing ingredients: Useful for sensitive and dry skin
- Functional ingredients: Many companies add functional ingredients to facial cream such as retinol, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid or peptides. For this reason, it is always a good idea to read the label before choosing a cream: you may already be using that active ingredient or it could be overly harsh or harmful for your skin.
How to apply it
The Brightening Gel can be used in small quantities on individual spots or small hyperpigmented areas of the face.
It should be applied no more than twice per day. Apply locally to the facial spots in the evening and/or morning, for a maximum of two times daily. We recommend applying it to dry skin before your facial moisturizer, and waiting for it to fully absorb before proceeding with your skincare routine.
We recommend daily use for 6-8 weeks for optimal results. It is
suitable for all skin types that have brown spots and post-acne
marks. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Not recommended
for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How to apply it
Once you have found the cream that best suits your needs, apply it in this way: take the correct amount of product for your face and spread it with your fingertips using gentle movements always from the center of the face outward and from bottom to top (you can also tap it on some areas to stimulate microcirculation). Don't forget the neck: with a light, open hand, massage the cream from the collarbones to the chin and from the area under the earlobes to the shoulders.
